Please don’t purchase this brand as the quality seems to be inferior. I had purchased it on 8th of May 2025. And within 3 weeks the Knob has vone off. The after sales service is poor. Even though I told the customer care person about the issue. No one has come to resolve it. I was given the number of the person who would come to do the needful, called him a couple of times. Initially he said he would send someone by 1 pm. Called him again, he said don’t worry someone wiĺ come by 5 pm. Then after 5 pm he stopped responding. Because of this issue i couldn’t cook yesterday today and don’t know how many days till they do the needful.
